Format:

All references should be double spaced, have a hanging indent and be listed in alphabetical order.  The elements to include are as follows:

Title of webpage. (Last Update or Copyright Date). Site name. Full URL including http(s)

Anonymous. (Ed.). (Last Update or Copyright Date). Title of webpage. Site name. Full URL including http(s)

 

If there is no date given use (n.d) in its place

Title of webpage. (n.d.). Site name. Full URL including http(s)

Anonymous. (n.d.). Title of webpage. Site name. Full URL including http(s)


Examples:

If no author:

If anonymous is used:

Paraphrase:

An entry that appears in the body of your paper that includes the title or signal phrase (first few words) in quotation marks or the word anonymous when there is no author and the year of publication when you express information or ideas taken from a source using your own words.

Examples:

If no author If anonymous

"What a Good College Education Can Do for You" (2019) states

("What a Good College Education Can Do for You," 2019).

Anonymous (2019) states

(Anonymous, 2019).                   

If using signal phrase

"What a Good College Education Can Do for You" (2019) states

("What a Good," 2019).

If no date
