The base archival research rate for non-Wilberforce University students (currently enrolled in the university), faculty, or staff requests will start at $25.00 per hour for any time spent researching over 15 minutes. This only includes locating the information, not scanning or photographing said information for example. Requests that can be completed within 15 minutes, such as simple yearbook information, will be at no cost to the researcher.
Please allow at least 3 weeks for information to be shared, as the archives are in a state of refurbishment and reorganization.

| 300-599 dpi JPEG, or Tiff format | $10.00 per image; $0.20 per page |
| 600+ dpi JPEG, or Tiff format | $20.00 per image; $0.30 per page |
| Rush Orders (3-5 days) | $30.00 per image; $0.50 per page |
More fragile documents, such as records created before 1950, will cost more for researchers. Fragile documents will cost 50% more than more stable papers and photographs.
Please note these fees do not include licensing to publish or reproduce the images and all copyright of the images is retained by Wilberforce University.
